Members: If you have any change in contact information, such as address or phone numbers, please notify the Front Desk employee (when you check-in) or the Membership Director so your information stays updated in our system.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
As stated in your contract, all memberships are for ONE YEAR and are subject to a 30 day notice. All contract terminations must be handled by Linlee Martin, Membership Director. The UFC Front Desk employees CANNOT terminate your membership. To request a termination, CLICK HERE.
BILLING INFORMATION
All billing is done at the first of the month.
It is the member's responsibility to contact UFC any time there is a change in your billing situation: expired Credit Card, account change, etc.
