
In addition to the regularly scheduled classes listed below, UFC offers specialty classes such as dance classes, children’s fitness classes, martial arts classes and more. Check out the GROUP EXERCISE page for new class offerings monthly.
20/20/20 Workout – This workout combines three of your favorite formats in one class! You'll burn fat with our 20-minute step and 20-minute kickbox and hi/lo. Then you'll sculpt your core with a pilates and yoga stretch in the final 20-minute segment.
BODYATTACK™ - BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises to challenge every participant.
Butts & Guts – For those of you who want to improve the ‘rear view’, and tighten your abs, this 30-minute class targets the lower body and abdominal muscles.
Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Circuits, & Boot Camp - These workouts are designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat, sculpt muscles, and improve balance and agility in one workout! Alternating aerobic intervals such as step, jump rope, kickbox, and athletic drills with strengthening intervals, gives you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow. Cardio Circuits and Boot Camp are held in the gymnasium. Boot Camp classes are very similar to the other circuit classes except kickbox movements are included as part of the aerobic segments.
Cardio Fusion - A blend of step aerobics, kickbox, cardio dance, and muscle conditioning fused into a continuous format where the fun never stops! Cardio FUSION is a great class if you like a cardio workout that’s so much fun you won’t even know you are exercising!
Cycle – Performed on indoor cycles, this class combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques to give you a unique exercise experience. Motivating music and group dynamics make this an enjoyable, safe and effective workout for ALL fitness levels. You MUST bring a water bottle with you to stay properly hydrated during cycle classes.
Double Step – An advanced step class for experienced steppers who need a new challenge, we’ll travel up, around, and over multiple steps in this high-energy workout that’s sure to make you sweat!
Gentle Yoga – A yoga class designed for those who want to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, this 45-minute yoga class is for you. This gentler version of traditional yoga uses movements that are modified to give the benefits of yoga – relaxation, improved range of motion, and decreased joint and back pain, without stress on those joints.
Hip Hop Jam - Learn fun hip hop moves and get a great cardio workout in this stylized dance class.
Muscleworks – A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must.
Pilates – Pilates offers a functional approach to strength and flexibility training. Pilates exercises are created to strengthen abdominal and back muscles by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control. The mind/body awareness developed in pilates will improve your posture and form in all areas of your fitness program.
Power Yoga - Power yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga in which a set of series of poses are linked by vinyasa (flowing movement) and with the breath, producing internal heat and energy.
Step – A dynamic, non-stop workout designed to give EVERY participant a cardiovascular challenge. A variety of step combinations as well as power movements may be added to increase intensity and add excitement. We also offer Double Step classes for extra choreography. Step up to the challenge!
Step & Sculpt – An interval class that combines two all-time favorites. This class alternates five minutes of fat-burning step with two minutes of toning and strengthening exercises to give you the best of both worlds. Burn fat and tone those muscles – all in one hour!
Tai Kwon Do – Learn the art of this timeless martial arts form. This class is FREE to all UFC members. However, there is a $20.00 fee for testing that results in a belt color change. This fee is paid directly to the instructor, Jeffrey Davis.
Turbokick™ - Turbokick™ is one of the hottest kickbox fusion classes around! This class combines kickbox, athletic drills, sports drills, and hip hop flavor for a workout you won’t forget.
Yoga – An ancient discipline for cultivating physical, mental, and spiritual health. Yoga is a series of carefully designed postures with a strong emphasis on breathing, concentration, and flexibility. You’ll strengthen the body while calming the mind. We also offer specialty yoga classes as noted on the schedule.
ZUMBA™ - ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, and energizing workout. You won’t even realize you are exercising with the party-like atmosphere where EVERYONE can dance!
