The UFC Weight Room and Cardio Area have been equipped with some of the best equipment the industry can supply. With a huge variety or equipment, each piece can be adjusted to meet the needs of almost all users.
There are staff available, at all times, to answer questions, design programs as well as keep the Weight Room and Cardio Area clean. Please feel free to direct any comments or questions to the staff.
CARDIO THEATER:
Each machine in the Cardio Area is equipped with a Cardio Theater box. Just insert your personal headphones into the jack, and you can listen to the TV's. The Cardio Theater box will also allow you to switch between TV's as well as adjust the volume.
EXERCISE PROGRAM:
Included in your UFC membership, the fitness staff will design an exercise program just for you! Just go to the Fitness Office, located in the Weight Room, and one of the Fitness Specialists will assist you. Once your new program has been designed, an appointment can be made to teach you the new program. We want to make sure you understand both the exercises and how to set up the weight machines.
